Saintly

Very holy or virtuous. That’s something you are that motivates what you do. Many look at people like Mother Theresa as being saintly. Indeed, she conducted her life wholly for others, and rejected no one who needed her help. But beyond that, she loved God. I read her book, In Her Own Words, and was deeply impressed by her devotion and her faith.
Her beauty is in the facial lines that mapped her years of work. Although I’m not Catholic, I have always admired her dedication and her generous outpouring of love for those among whom she worked.
Her motivation was to serve God. If only more of us had that motivation, instead of serving self, the world would be a better place.
a great woman!

What I learned she was born to a wealthy family, left the parents’s wealth behind and joined a nunry.

Yes, and then she went out into the streets of India and rescued women and babies, giving them safety, education, and medical care. She was amazing.
